Roles and Responsibilities
- Profitability monitoring and analysis
- Taking care of digital sales flow and growth, overseeing sales processes and customer experiences
- Maximizing digital marketing and positioning solutions
- Liaise with various levels of management and be responsible for implementing strategic changes aligned with digital strategy goals
- Formulate and execute technical initiatives; be capable of communicate with stakeholders
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts against business goals
- Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer and acquisition data and business metrics to support business decisions, optimization and generate insights
Job Requirements
- Core business strategy skills for strategy definition, roadmap development, budget planning, success measurement, etc.
- 2+ years of e-commerce & digital marketing experience, financial / insurance industry is preferred
- Successful track record of helping develop, present and execute strategic digital initiatives; deep understanding of the e-commerce sales & digital marketing channels
