Roles and Responsibilities

  • Profitability monitoring and analysis
  • Taking care of digital sales flow and growth, overseeing sales processes and customer experiences
  • Maximizing digital marketing and positioning solutions
  • Liaise with various levels of management and be responsible for implementing strategic changes aligned with digital strategy goals
  • Formulate and execute technical initiatives; be capable of communicate with stakeholders
  • Track and monitor the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts against business goals
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer and acquisition data and business metrics to support business decisions, optimization and generate insights

Job Requirements

  • Core business strategy skills for strategy definition, roadmap development, budget planning, success measurement, etc.
  • 2+ years of e-commerce & digital marketing experience, financial / insurance industry is preferred
  • Successful track record of helping develop, present and execute strategic digital initiatives; deep understanding of the e-commerce sales & digital marketing channels
